The form of English spoken in India is derived from British English which is different from American English. And I'll be honest, there are some phrases that catch me off guard, partly because the sound like commands and partly because the words just don't sound quite right to me. After learning a bit of Hindi, the phrases below are a combination of British English and Hindi English (the commanding tone in particular is from Hindi).

My pleasures
Same, same....but, different
And my favorite....spoken regularly by the house staff;

Idiosyncracies of the Queen's language! One of my favourite (mind the spelling;) ) topics, and glad you picked up the Indian quirks of the same so early. Would be nice exchanging notes sometimes:)
